Easier task entries
We are currently testing Wrike for our company. We are generally pleased with the solution, but the way we have to enter tasks is inefficient. How does other companies solve this, have you integrated Wrike with other taskoriented software, have you developed your own plugin or have you found other best practices?

Kristian,
Before answering can you get a more specific as to how you are entering tasks and what you are finding inefficient?
We use a combination of request forms and preset tasks via a template and although it is a little cumbersome for one of our managers to assign everything out most of it is prebuilt so it is not that bad at all.
Hi.
Thanks for your reply. We would like to enter tasks, asign them, set dates and projects without using the mouse to navigate. I'm not familiar with request forms, but that might be the right way to set up our own structure for adding tasks?
Hi Kristian! Requests Forms do help with adding new tasks, especially if you want to make sure that tasks have specific data entered into them.
Have you had a chance to check out available keyboard shortcuts? They won't eliminate the need for a mouse, but hopefully, they can help you cut out a few clicks.
