Wrike doesn't work well with IE/Edge + Feedback on external review feature
Anytime someone uses IE/Edge things don't load or display properly so we just use Chrome and tell new users to use Chrome. I think you should add a note or language for the new external review feature noting that Wrike is best used in Google Chrome and if there are any issues with using Wrike to try in that browser first.
Completely agree - my team experiences a lot of lag when they try to use IE for Wrike. My company has ingrained "always use IE" on people, and it's hard to get them to break away from that.
We have a sucky network, extra "secure" version of Chrome, so we can't use that. We can only use Firefox. Does anyone know WHY Wrike doesn't work with IE/Edge? What causes the lagging?
Hey Stephen!
I'd recommend trying out the Wrike Desktop App, it can work almost 800% quicker than Internet Explorer in some cases! It's a great alternative to using your browser for Wrike.
Also FYI - Wrike will no longer support Internet Explorer as of March 15, 2020. You can read more about that here.
Hope this helped! If you have any other questions let me know 😊
We don't use the desktop app because every time it gets an update, we have to get tech support to install it for us. When I was testing it out, it seemed like there was an update every week, and we can't live with that.
Hey Stephen Gracey,
