I typed extensive comments from a Kick-off in the comments box of a task. Before I could press comment, they disappeared. Typically when I re-open a task, the comments are still saved in the draft mode, but not this time. any way to find them?

Hi Anna, I'm sorry to hear that. If the information was not saved there will be no way to retrieve them. It's unusual for it to disappear and not be saved as a draft. I'm not sure what might have happened. Is this a once-off issue or something that has been happening to you more than once?
I tested it out on a second task, the same problem. I used to always leave comments open and they would still be there as a draft. So this seems like a change in functionality
