Hi Jann, have you used the Snapshot feature within Gantt Chart view? While in SnapShot view, you can click and drag the Gantt Chart (move timeframe) and you can also zoom in and zoom out.

Hi there,
is it possible to create a snapshot regardless of the actual date, so the the snapshot does not have to be scrolled to find the scheduled works?
We'd like to share some timelines with customers for projects at the end of the year, but the snapshot is starting with the daily date, so the customer has to scroll all the way to the left to find his project.
Thank you and best regards,
Carsten
@Carsten Hi, happy to see you on the Community 🙂 Currently it functions the way you described it, but you (or your customers) can try using carrot icons to get to the projects very quickly
I hope it helps 👍 Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Lisa,
thank you for the reply.
It would be great to have the possibility to define a time range when creating the snapshots. Otherwise I have to explain this kind of control to every new customer...and we have quite a lot of new customers with different contact persons. Therefore this is quite complex.
But thanks again for your answer, we will do it like this and hope to find this feature in the future in this great tool!
Kind regards,
Carsten
