Recurrent tasks are not appearing in the same sub-folder as the 1st task

I have a sub folder with recurrent tasks, set to create 1 or 2 upfront.  When these tasks are created, they are in the top level project rather than the sub folder.  This makes my Gantt chart untidy 🙂

Does anyone know the solution to this? To have the recurrent tasks appear in the same folder as the original task?

Hi Mary, when making the task recurrent, you can choose at the top of the dialog box where you want the task to be. See below - have you tried adding the Subfolder here?
