Setting up a task week before the milestone.
I have a meeting to be scheduled on say August 31st. I want to plan a task of creating a reminder on August 24th. How do I set the reminder task to happen a week before? I know I can manually enter the dates, but I want to create a project where if the meeting date moves, the reminders dont have to be moved manually.
You can set a milestone task (Meeting), with a dependency task with a due date a week before the milestone task. That way if the milestone task gets moved the dependency task will update with the move of the milestone task.
