My colleague's personal tasks under my Business Name
Hello,
A few months ago I invited my colleague to use Wrike. We are all using the free version. She says all of her personal tasks (that I cannot see) is under my business name, which I use as my user name in Wrike. She would like to know how to get her personal tasks to not all be under my business name. Any ideas? Thank you in advanced!
Best Regards,

She may need to start up her own free company. When she came on she was added to your company and she operates there, so she will need to set up, (like you did initially) her own company. Since she already has a username and password she can add the company to her already created profile, she will then have two different companies that she can view from her profile.
Hope that helps.

Thank you Ryan, I will have her try to see if that works and update the thread. Have a nice day!
Hi, thanks for the answer. Pretty interesting, as my colleague added me, I was prompted to create a username and password. However, that simply added me under her work space. I had to go under the settings and actually create an "account" which is actually a new company for just personal items. Perhaps because this is meant for work-sharing, it's not so intuitive to have a personal task list outside of a company? Additionally, I could not find a way to move a project/folder from one company to another. Any thoughts? For now I have just recreated them in my own "company." Thanks!
I do not think you can move folders or projects from one company or another. You would have to recreate them, unfortunately.
