Delayed WrikeBot notifications
Many individuals on my team, myself included, have had issues with how long it takes for us to receive a WrikeBot notification in Wrike when our tasks are ready for us. We have had to wait sometimes half a day to receive a notification that "all of the dependencies have been met" and we can begin working on our task. Is there anything we can do to speed this up so that we receive notifications immediately when the person before us completes his/her task? Please let me know!
Hi Sage, that doesn't sound right at all. I've raised a ticket with the Support Team to take a closer look, you'll receive the ticket by email soon and the team will be in touch soon after to discuss. Thanks for posting 🙂
Curious about what ever happened with this issue. We are noticing delays with the WrikeBot on our team as well. Can this be adjusted in any way?

I've read that this is account-specific, but our team has also been experiencing this issue. Sometimes there's as much as a 1-2 day delay between when a task is assigned, completed, we're mentioned, etc. and when we receive an email notification about it. When working, to avoid unnecessary distractions, I limit my notifications to email, so this delay means I have to leave the work I'm doing to double-check Wrike to make sure I haven't missed an update.
Apologies in advance if this is somehow related to our notification settings! Our team is pretty new to Wrike, so that's definitely a possibility.
Hi Wes, thanks for posting.
Notifications from Wrike Bot are delivered with about an hour delay. So the alert email will not come through as fast as an @mention and emails are triggered with a 6-minute interval after the actual update takes place.
If a task is assigned to you is in a dependency chain and its immediate predecessors are completed:
1) the dependency between tasks is finish-to-start
2) the next task is in an "active" status
3) you are not @mentioned on the task within an hour of when the predecessors are completed
When all subtasks are completed:
1) the parent task is active
2) you are assigned to the parent task
If it's not due to the above scenarios, can you capture the change on the task Vs the time of the email you receive? Don't share the screenshots here, just let me know here when you have the screenshot and I'll raise a ticket to our support team who can take a closer look for you 👍
