Description field getting regularly stuck

When writing in the description field, ie during a meeting putting down some minutes, the field turns grey and i cannot do anything anymore.

I contacted the helpdesk, they told me to reload the page, ok it works, but sometimes i loose the paragraph i was working on and it interrupts my meeting ...

This is really counter productive, i should be able to write my minutes as and when i want it, not having to reload everything and retype some parts.

Isn't there another fix to this problem??

This is a problem that happens frequently with my team as well.

I'd be curious for another fix to the problem

Hi guys, this does sound like unusual behaviour. I can see the Support Team have raised this to our engineers, I'll keep an eye on their investigation and update you here if I've any further information. 

For now, the best solution for this, as suggested by Support, is to refresh the Workspace. I'd recommend copying the text in case anything is lost during the refresh 👍

YEs copying is necessary because when i have reload i often loose the last part of the text.
