[BUG] Drag-n-drop project resets its position in hierarchy superficially, required page refresh to correct
When you are in list view, if you drag a project (haven't tried folders - assume it's the same) out into the list but change your mind and drag it back onto itself, it resets the project to the top of the heirarchy, but it hasn't technically been restructured. When you refresh, it goes back to where it was, but it shouldn't hop to the top of the list. Causes a lot of confusion when you try to drag it back to its parent but can't, then when it duplicates itself into some other directory you accidentally drop it into because you see the + icon appear.
Hi Chris, thanks for raising this with us here. I can't seem to reproduce the issue here. I'll raise a ticket to our Support Team so you can share some screenshots if needed. Someone will be in touch by email soon 👍
Hm - It happens to me without fail. I tried to give a bit of context but that may be irrelevant.
Basically, go into list view and drag a folder out as if you were adding it as a tag (in this case I don't think I had tasks selected), then drag it back onto itself in the sidebar and release the click (as opposed to doing so in whitespace to cancel the tagging). The folder will jump to the top of the list, and you can't drag it back anywhere without creating a symbolic duplicate.
Hi Chris, thanks for this. You should receive an email with your Support ticket information and the team will be in touch shortly to discuss this in a little more detail.
