Task status in the inbox view
It would be so helpful to be able to see the task status in the inbox view. We have a support system where several "supervisors" are approving ticket responses and I have to click on it in the inbox and scroll to see the status. Many times someone has already approved it. A small color dot or colored label with the status would allow me to archive and move on.
@Janet Hi! I've never thought about this before and I completely see your point of view (especially with multiple people working out of the Inbox like a queue).
Are all of the ticket responses located in a specific Folder/Project? If they are a Dashboard or Report might be more helpful. That way everyone automatically sees tasks in the correct status. Let me know! We can talk how through to create a Report/Dashboard like that.
