Fineprint for Request Forms

I'd like to add some fineprint text to every task created by a request form, including the name and the space of the corresponding form, maybe the responsible person who manages the request form ect. This text should appear on top or bottom of the description field, or maybe as a comment executed by wrike bot.

I know I could use blueprints to define a default description for new tasks, but this description is always on top of the description field, and what mattest most, it's not necessarily dependent on a special form. In our usecase I have two similar forms that can create items out of several blueprints, so I'd need to double the blueprints to have the correct information.

Using automation would also be quite complicated, and in both cases there's always the risrk of forgetting to update the correct dependencies.

My aim is to have an easy and reliable way to track which form has lead to a speciific task.
