Create Automation for Notifications to form Requestors

Lisa That appears to just be the email that they get when they submit the form. The request appears to be for the ability to set up a notification to be sent to the requestor with the approval decision of their request, and also notifications to the requestor when the status of the request is complete. 

This is a huge ask for us as well. Wrike implemented the ability to send a comment to the requestor via the comment box in the task/project, but this can't be done via an automation. 

That is correct, Ashley! With smartsheet, I was able to build automated emails to send to anyone in a custom field or the requestor based off a custom field or status being updated. It would be amazing if we could build an automation that would email the requestor upon status change. It would be even better if in the emails we could code custom fields! 

Same for us Caitlin - we have a process in Smartsheet that we are moving to Wrike, but this is one of the only things Smartsheet has over Wrike. It would be the icing on the cake if we could send email notifications to the requestor when certain criteria are met.
