Access Role to Allow Create/Manage Dashboards
I would love to be able to configure an access role that is allowed to create dashboards WITHOUT being a space admin.
Use case:
Our current enterprise project space (where all our various cross-functional projects are housed) has the following primary user groups:
- "My Team" -- everyone in Wrike has read-only access to this space (we then disinherit permissions as needed for individual projects, and we manage a lot of information access via custom field permissions)
- Project Managers - this group of folks should be able to create and manage projects and critically create dashboards for their projects, but they should NOT be able to manage the overall space. I don't want to make them Space Admins.
- PMO Leaders - this group of folks are the Space Admins with the ability to truly manage the space.

I have a similar case:
We have just converted into functional and locational spaces and are controlling them with the same set of Space Admins to prevent duplication of customizations (workflows, item types, etc...) When I say set of admins, I really mean just me.
I had a situation today, where my project manager couldn't create a dashboard in a space. After reviewing all settings for User Types and Access Roles, I searched help and discovered that only Space Admins can create dashboards. There are access role settings to allow deletion and editing of dashboards and widgets, so why can't the creation of the dashboard be selectable? I am more concerned about someone deleting a dashboard or widget on an existing dashboard than creating a dashboard.
