Can you create an automation for projects in an entire account?
Is there a way to be able to create an automation that applies to projects from the entire account? For example if I want to create an automation that says when a new project is created anywhere in the account then do x?
This would make life a lot easier. Currently it seems as if I would have to select every single space in which a new project might be created as the source.
Tania Fraenkel - absolutely! You have to be an account admin to create these.
Go to Settings -> automation and you can make account wide automations.
Thanks I am an admin (in fact the account owner) but there is no option to choose 'entire account' when you select the source unless I am missing something? It forces you to choose a specific space which is unhelpful in my use case. Any ideas?
