Project Health

I thought I'd share how we report on Project Health 🌱

• Each Project Blueprint has a Project Health folder, which includes tasks with a Project Health CIT
• The Project Health CIT includes a Project Health workflow, as well as custom fields to populate different health "areas"  as red, yellow or green.
• The project owner assigns a due date for each task for the end of the appropriate month.
• At the end of the month, an automation sends the Project Owner a notification to complete the Project Health for that month.
• The Project Owner populates the different health fields (red, yellow, green) and adds a description to the task with a summary of the project status for the month and an explanation for any Health field that is red or yellow. Including this detail in the task description also allows for more comprehensive results when using the AI "Ask a Question" button to query project status summaries.
• Once complete, the Project Owner changes the status to Reported, which sends a notification to their Manager letting them know that the Project Health is ready for their review.
• A custom "Project Health" view allows the owner to see the different health fields at a glance.
• Leadership also has access to a Project Health dashboard that shows how the Project Health has changed from month to month so they can see at a glance how things have changed month-to-month.
