Starting Wrike
Our office had Wrike about a year ago and was never able to fully implement the software. We are attempting to try again in 2025 but for over a week ... we cannot get a response from a human or get on a phone call of any sort.
This was not our experience in 2022 when we jointed. Has Wrike's service changed with its customers or is there a way to actually speak with a representative?
Looking to start 2025 on the Wrike foot (see what I did there?) but I can't take the first step.

If you have an Account Manager or a Customer Success Manager, they would be the best folks to reach out to.
Otherwise, you can connect to someone via the chat bot; they changed it to an AI bot and it has changed a bit over the last few months (and even in the last week), but you should be able to connect to someone via there by asking to do so. The chat bot is the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen while you are in the Wrike Community forums (here!) or in the Wrike Help Center. Otherwise, at the top you should also have an option to Submit a Request; someone should get back to you via email through that method.
