More options when deleting users

Hi team, 

It's still extremely difficult to tie up all loose ends when someone is deleted from an account. While it's great that we can generate a Smart Folder for tasks/projects that a deleted user has created/is assigned to, we need more options to manage their work and assignments. Here are some gaps/ideas that can be useful.

Active work - can include projects/tasks that are assigned to a user who got deleted

• Deleted users get removed from filtering on Assignee or Author; having an option in active work folders/spaces to specifically filter on deleted users would be really helpful in the reassignment of work, assessment of work, etc.

Blueprints - can include projects/tasks that are assigned to a user who got deleted

• Allow deleted users to still be filtered on for blueprints so we can easily update these in bulk (main Blueprint page does not allow us to switch to Table view, so we have to go into every folder to then run filters)
• Include an option when deleting a user to reassign blueprints to another user
• Share a Smart Folder to selected user receiving data transfer of blueprints that are assigned to the user who is being deleted

Request Form - can include main setting or dynamic assignment to a user who got deleted

• Inform user receiving data transfer of which Request Forms (and their options) are assigning to user who is being deleted
• Include an option when deleting a user to reassign request forms to another user

Dashboards - can include widgets that are filtering on user who got deleted as the assignee or owner of an item

• Deleted users get removed from filtering on Assignee or Author; having an option in Dashboards to specifically filter on deleted users would be really helpful in the reassignment of work, assessment of work, etc.
