Allow Collaborators to respond to external request forms
Hello!
Currently, users who hold a Collaborator license cannot reply by email to external requests that have come through external request forms as Regular users can:
This is extremely limiting. If Collaborators are allowed to leave internal comments and tag other users, they should also be able to reach out to external requesters for more information/support as well. The fact that they cannot is extremely limiting.
A bit more about my use case/situation:
We are initiating a new process where we have a request form for external usage only where our clients can request things like their balance, support, etc. This form has been embedded into one of our web pages.
While we have our entire Marketing team on Wrike, the folks that typically answer these requests are not part of Marketing, so we wanted to grant them to a Collaborator license since they don't need to fully operate in Wrike just to answer to these requests. We made a conscious decision to use Wrike for the request form (as opposed to a Microsoft Form, for example) and now due to this limitation, we need to allocate full Regular seats to them. They are only collaborating with us on these requests, so it feels wasted to have to grant full seats to them just because they cannot reply externally.
