Notifications for New Items added to Folder
I'm following a Folder, but not getting notifications in my Inbox or email when a new item is added. What am I missing?

Hi Laura,
There is an option in Email Preferences to check if you want to be notified when a task is added or removed from a project or Folder. Is this checked?
Profile and Settings (your initials at top left) > Settings > Email Preferences
- Under Task, Project and Folder Updates > under 'For other tasks I follow:'
- Check the box for 'Task is added or removed from a Project or Folder'
