reorganizing subitems
Hi - I've created a project that includes several task categories. Within each category there are subitems listed. I'd like to organize/move the subitems so there in a specific order. How can I do that?

You could create those subtasks as custom item types and then sort your table view by item type.
I usually number them to put them in order:
We have a similar scenario Susan McGinty - we typically use Mike Fank 's example to make it happen. It used to bug me we couldn't reorder them - but once I thought about it, it does make sense that for the data to be clean and be able to re-filter/view in various ways - you can't have it set in one order permanently. Everyone wants to view it differently.
For example - once you set due dates, you can view in by Date Due. Or Alphabetical or grouped by assignee or status.
I will note that you CAN rearrange the Subtasks when you're in a Ticket View. We have this set for our Blueprints in the order the tasks are typically tackled and it works for that purpose. Here's a quick screen grab (using a Wrike Knowledge Base Template they offer). You can see various ways here - the Folder at the top starting with 00.SOP, the checklist option (which will keep everything in order, but only show in the field description) or you can drag/drop to reorder the subtasks (I took the screenshot as I was moving it to show how it will stay).
