lasttimelogDate or timelogchangeDate to use as a project filter

So, at the project level in the API you have fields like creatredDate & updatedDate, but you don't have a lasttimelogDate or timelogchangeDate to use as a filter. 

For those of us calculating a % Complete (Sam A, Garrett M, & Alexander T are familiar with our calculation) using Timelogs, it would be helpful for us to optimize our process if we could see only projects where timelogs under it have changed in a certain time period we would establish in a lookup/process property.
