Submit request/communicate from/with multiple people via Request form ticket
We quite often facing the issue of not being able to communicate with multiple external people via the Request form, which now allows only one person. It pushes us to get back to email threads and move the updates from there to a ticket 'manually'. I found the following reason in Help:
No, due to security limitations, it's not possible to change the email address of the requester or add additional recipients, CC, or BCC. Wrike can only send emails from a Wrike email address to those who agreed to this. Wrike users and those who submit external requests agree with our terms and conditions. That's why it's possible to send emails only to the original requester's email.
The concern here is understood, but why submitters can't add more emails at least within the company/account domains? If some paper should be signed/checkbox clicked before allowing this functionality to work on a company level it's possible to get.
