- New Table View - Grouping by Date is Here ๐
We recently added an exciting update, allowing you to group items in the New Table view using different properties and custom fields. Now, we've added two more options: Start date and Due date! ๐ฅณ You'll see additional settings when hovering over these options:ย
- Wrike Analyze - Capacity Planning Report Template โ
A new Capacity Planning template based on Wrike Analyze is now available on the Reports page. This release makes it easier than ever to plan your departmentโs or team's capacity and determine which projects to work on and forecast future headcount needs.
This report template is available in accounts with access to Wrike Analyze. Please contact our Support team is case you don't see this template in your report gallery.

Group by date will be so helpful!
Lisa the new template is nice. Unfortunately it is not correct: when making a one year report the capacity drops down in the last month without any reason. I think that has something to do with the remark, that it is only possible for one year now in the future. My recommendation: make it for one year and one month. Then the one year plot will be ok.
Lisa Grouping is a good feature but the last used grouping is saved and becomes the default view for every user that opens this public view
we use saved view for users to starts with the same view. So the same filters, same sorting, same group, same subitems settings. This no longer seems the case for the new table view. I am not sure what it was in the old table view.ย
I have users complain about these things, they need set a lot of settings right in order to view a saved view correctly. It seems to me there should be fewer releases to the public and more releases in labs so wrike pro users can test features first and give feedback.
I now have to deal with small changes every week that already have taken place before I know about them myself. I rather have big planned releases that I can communicate to the team about in advanced.
