Red badges next to each folder in the Tree structure
Hello everyone,
I recently had an idea on how to make the tree structure even clearer.
It would be great if a red badge with the number of updates could appear next to each folder where there was a change that affects you personally (@mentions, updates, comments, new tasks, etc.), just like the red badge in the inbox.
I made something with paint 3D for a better visualisation (not true to scale, but it should be enough for explanation).

The inbox badge has the number of complete new changes/tasks, and in the tree structure you can see the red badge with the number of updates next to each folder where there was a change.
In my example, there are 6 new changes in the inbox, 3 of which are in the "EOL" folder, 1 in the "Datenlöschung_86" folder and 2 in the "Lager 87 – QM_ASY_REF" folder.
I hope my explanation came across clearly and there are no misunderstandings.
I would be delighted if this idea could be realised.
Best regards
Hi Dominik Weyers, welcome to the Community 👋
Thank you for sharing your idea! I'l move it to our Product Feedback forum 👍
One question I have about your suggestion - don't you think it would be overwhelming to have to check several instances for a different set of updates? And if some projects are not visible on the side panel (because they are not pinned or live in other spaces), it would be very easy to miss notifications, don't you think so?

Hello Lisa,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I can't share your opinion 100% as my idea is based on how Wrike is used in our company (we use Wrike as a ticket system AND project management software) and therefore my idea would be an asset to the entire team that depends on the ticket system. I imagine there are more people out there who would find this idea useful and it could add value to them.
Have a nice day
Dominik
