When releasing invoices, we append the file link to the task in the description of the task for checking. So that the reviewer can see directly what was in the order.
This has led to a phenomenon where I suspect the cause lies in the mobile app. This phenomenon looks like this.
The file link to the task which is in the description of the invoice works perfectly on a desktop computer.
If I send this link separately from Wrike via Outlook, it also works on the desktop without any problems. The same link no longer works on the cell phone. An error message appears saying that the link is broken. This error appears on an iPhone and also on an Android. In both cases, the link jumps directly to the app and reports the error from the app.
If I go to the relevant location in the app manually, I can open the file without any problems. So it's not the file, but the processing of the link in the mobile app.
I will have to investigate whether this is an isolated case or a general problem. I'll be happy to get back to you with further information.
