Add a warning pop-up notification when something is clicked

Charlotte McNary  it actually doesn't get deleted - it moves to the "Shared With Me" section (look at your left navigation pane at the bottom, near blueprints).  We are constantly, as admins, cleaning up the Shared With Me section because users either remove the (only) project tag or they right click and "detach" a task and don't realize it ends up in Shared With Me.  I describe it as "lost and found" where things go that don't have a home in our spaces/folder structure.  Thought I'd mention!

Meredith is right - if someone clicks this x at the location-tag, the task is only removed from this specific folder, and not deleted at all. And it's not a big deal to add it to the folder again.

But I agree with you anyway - if all location tags are removed, a warning popup message could be helpful, like wrike just implemented when sending a comment without @mentioning anybody.

Thanks Florian Kislich and Meredith Selden - this is super helpful. So is there a way right now to actually create a warning sign that pops up, like you mentioned above Florian?

If not, we can think of another solution. It's good that they are simply moved to the 'Shared with Me' section, so can relay this message to the team to dive into this folder as a temporary solution / quick fix for when it does get deleted. Just thinking of a way for them to get notified.

imagine how annoying this would be - if you get a notification everytime a task is tagged somewhere! Unfortunately there's no automation rule which would allow an action if all tags are removed. Only this general "location change".

But even if it was possible do do so, an @mention by wrike bot is not was Charlotte requested. She was looking for an immediate notification that pops up up right wehen someone removes a location tag (and I suggested to specify if it was the last tag). The very new popup if you try to send a comment without @mention is a good example how this could work.

it depends on where location they need to have an update.

If it can be selective only to some folders or spaces maybe it can be useful this trigger.

I know is not the best solution.
