Access reports for User Groups or Users

Hi, I'd like to be able to audit the permissions for our company's groups and users by going to Access reports, selecting a user or users' group, and generating a report of which workspaces or folders are shared with that entity.

I do know the workaround of creating a fake Collaborator, adding that user to the group you're auditing, logging in as the user, and noting which spaces the user is shared to by poking around in their workspace; but this is time-consuming and cumbersome. My company has over 60 users' groups -- can you imagine how long this method would take vs. being able to view this at-a-glance with a dedicated reporting feature?

I do find the Access reports tab helpful, but this is more for seeing who is shared to a particular space rather than seeing an overview of a particular group's permissions across all our spaces, which is what I need. Is a feature like this on the horizon?

Hello Michelle, thank you for your post. It is possible to filter your results by users or user groups:

Is this what you were looking for?

Thank you!

Hi Juan, thank you, but this is not what I'm looking for.

What you're showing in this screen shot is which Users or Groups have access to "Test Space." The report is based on the SPACE, not the USER. This assumes you already know the space(s), folder(s), task(s), or form(s) they are shared to, so you can search in that workspace, then filter by the User or Group.

I'm looking for the exact opposite of that -- I want a report based on the USER (rather than the space) that assumes I don't know what permissions they have. I want to be able to select a User or Group and have Wrike tell me all the things they're shared to -- spaces, folders, tasks, and forms -- without me having to first select which of our company's 60+ workspaces they may (or may not) belong to.

Thank you very much for your reply, Michelle. Currently, it would be necessary to tick all the existing Spaces in your account when creating the report - in my example, only the "Test Space" is ticked. Alternatively, our Support Team can eventually assist you with this.

I have shared the details about your case with our Product Team, thank you once more for sharing your valuable feedback with us 👍
