Workflow locking issues
I want to use locking on a custom workflow, but it is not working for me. The status menu will show only the other statuses I have predesignated, but all of the other statuses show up under "more", and they can be selected.
Why would these show up if I don't want them to be used, and why are they selectable? Also the additional workflows, Space and Account, should not be visible either. In order for my workflow to work correctly, I need to lock users into selecting only certain statuses, not just have it be a suggestion.
The info popup states how it should work, but it is not working that way.
Am I missing something?
I agree in terms of not showing other account workflows. We want to be able to lock or default the workflows that should be utilised within a space. The additional workflow options actually cause more ambiguity and result in making teams choose the wrong status from other workflows.
So I just found out that I am seeing the additional workflow items because I am admin, it works as expected for regular users....
So now I need to find out what level of access can see the additional items.
You're right Russell Sprague, these options should not be visible to regular users.
