Add Time Entry as an Operation to Activity Reports
It would be really helpful for me to have time entry as one of the operation choices for activity reports in Wrike. I am trying to figure out when people are entering time (all at once or throughout the week, at the end of the day or throughout the day, etc.) and having a report would really be helpful. Right now the most accurate way to handle this is to manually check timesheets. If there is another way to view this, I would be happy to hear about it.
Hi Alex Walton, thank you for reaching out!
Have you tried using Timelog reports? They should show you the time entries made on different days:
Please let me know if that helps!

Lisa I do use timelog reports regularly. These reports show when the time was logged for actually being worked rather than when they are logged. So if someone worked on a task for 1 hour on Monday but didn't log the time until Friday, I only know that they worked 1 hour on Monday. I am trying to determine when my team is actually logging their time for the week. Does that distinction make sense?
It does, thank you for clarifying Alex Walton! I'm passing your feedback to our Product team now 👍

I'm looking for this inclusion in Activity Reports as well. I've been doing a monthly activity report on ALL activity then sharing graphs with department leaders to represent their team member's engagement level with Wrike, recognizing our "top 10 engaged users". We have some users that show as ZERO activity when in fact they're Tracking Time and Updating Dates and these types of activity are not represented. Department managers don't like that their team member shows Zero activity when that's not the case. Wanted to share.
Hi Meredith Selden, thanks for sharing, I can definitely understand that. I've passed on your use case to the Product team. In the meanwhile, may I ask if you've considered using "User login/logoff" as additional criteria? I believe that might be helpful to demonstrate the activity of those users if you require your colleagues to login/log off.
Please let me know if you have any questions 🙋🏻♀️
Thanks @...! I do include user login/logoff (I check all the available fields) but somehow we do have people that track time and it doesn't show in the login/logoff stats - not sure if it's SSO-related, because they've clicked the "remember me" feature, or because they're using the Mobile App but it shows them as Zero even though they have time tracked.
Hi Meredith Selden, if they choose the option "Remember Me" I'm afraid it's not going to show up in the report as login/logoff activity. If this is not the case I'm happy to investigate what it is 😊
Upvoted and eager to see this become an additional feature in Wrike
Thanks a lot Alexandra Torres 🙌
