Name/email address field

When adding the Name/email address field required to external request forms, it would work so much better to have the option to have that as the first field of the form and not the last. It seems out of order to ask that after they have completed the form. To fix that we added the name/email as a question to the form as the first field and mark it as required. Submitters can get around that by typing a space in the "required" field.
