Add Button To Disapprove Files

Often times our design team presents several drafts/concepts for a project, some of which are not approved to proceed in any way. It would be super helpful to have a button with the option to "disapprove" rather than the reviewer needing to add a comment to say "not approved." The comment then automatically triggers the text "changes required" applied to the file, which isn't true because there are no changes needed. We just want to completely reject the file altogether.

Hi David-TDH, thank you for bumping this thread. As of now, we don't have any updates to share on this suggestion. According to the current logic, when the 'Changes needed' option is selected, the final decision on the approval is set to 'Rejected'.
 
  
 
I understand that a third option could be beneficial in this situation to directly indicate that the approval doesn't require changes and is simply rejected. I've relayed your feedback to our Product Development Team. We will keep you posted if we receive any updates. 👍
