Consistent Text Editor for Task & Recurrent Task Description

We need a way to add task instructions via the checkbox option within the description of a recurrent task. Currently, the text editor is different from the standard task. I realize that we could add brackets (i.e., [  ]), but this is not an ideal user experience.
