Enable direct download of attachments instead of preview first

Hello, whenever a coworker uploads a file there's a delay until a "download" icon appears over it (presumably wrike backend parses it for preview) and in some files (documents like word .docx files) that icon never appears so the only way to download them is via the files panel way way up in the page or by clicking on them, entering preview and then clicking download. Please make download icon appear instantly and on all uploaded file types.
