Takes way to long to up[date the header when trying to print off a change

Often we need to change the header text & then print off a new sheet for files for ISO compliance.

Why does it take so long for Wrike to update itself so that what we print is the same as what we see.

This software solution certainly cannot claim to be WYSIWYG.

People are making mistakes by printing off changes that are not captured even though the screen looks OK

This means our files are no longer compliant

It often takes over a Minuit for the changes to update it should be almost instant

Hi Greg, thanks for your feedback on this. When you refer to the header, do you mean the title of the task?

The issue is still not fixed, when we build a new task, toss a table and some notes in it and then click to print it the print isn't the same (all the data/info) as the screen displays in the system.  Instead we have to wait a while for it to show up.

Hey Andrew Prewett, and welcome to the Community!

When a task is updated, it takes six minutes to send a notification, so that if any other changes are made within that time that they are definitely included, rather than small changes being added constantly. This is why you won't see the full task description in the Print Preview if you choose to print immediately after entering the information. If it is taking longer than this to show changes, let me know, and I'll raise a Support ticket for you.

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, let me know.
