I seem to be having an issue searching for any projects in Wrike. I am able to put in a creative mock request, but then when I search for an issue, nothing comes up. For example, I put in a request for Coca-Cola on Monday which I know has been responded to, but I cannot see it.

Hi Melissa, that's interesting. I want to confirm that you're using the search box in the Workspace's upper right-hand corner?
Do you happen to remember what the name of the task was when you created it? If it was "Coca-Cola" then the task should definitely be appearing when you search. If you don't remember the name, can you try submitting a test request, seeing what Folder the resulting task is added to (Folder name appears under the tasks title) and let me know if you see your original task in that Folder.
