Hi, 

 

Now that we can edit and add new versions of an attached document (which I think is great) how can we track this? I notice in the stream it doesn't actually capture when someone updates or edits an attached document so how would we be able to track who has made changes to the document and when?

Hi Claire! I noticed that you've been in touch with Dora and Natalia from the Support Team about this, and I just wanted to post some key takeaways here in case other Community members come here with the same question:

  • All version are shown when you click on a file, so you can always go back to any of the verions and see what was changes.
  • The Stream records all version uploads.
  • If the Stream doesn't show an upload, this update could be hidden under "Show more updates".
  • This can also be a browser caching issue. To check this, try testing it in another browser or in the private/incognito mode of your current one, or try hard refreshing the browser (On Windows: Ctrl + F5, on Mac: Cmd + Shift + R).
