Datenschutz und Auftragsdatenverarbeitung
Hallo
Wir wollen in unserem Unternehmen in kürze auf Wrike umstellen und ich habe als Datenschutzbeauftragter nun die Aufgabe bekommen das ganze zu prüfen.
Das Ganze ist wohl eine Auftragsdatenverarbeitung (falls das Hosting in der EU / dem EWR erfolgt) bzw. eine Übermittlung (falls das Hosting in einem Dirttland erfolgt).
Wie beurteilt euer DSB das Thema und gibt es bei euch einen Workflow zur Lösung?
