Wrike Productivity Tour-Chicago

We are fairly new to Wrike. Transitioning from multiple other platforms.

Our biggest pain points are:

• The overload of task views
• Not clear how to break out/view a users work list of work (the My Work area isn't helpful)
• What's the best view to manage 70+ projects and their timelines. Resources? Are we hitting our budgets? Is a task behind?
• Folders and folders and folders and tasks and tasks <insert pulling your hair out emoji> Users get a task inside a folder which is inside a folder (because that's the way we need it organized) and they aren't exactly sure where this task came from.
• Anybody can move anything or delete anything or complete anything. Chaos abounds!
• Timesheets? Where's my TIMESHEET?

Agile and Wrike. Concrete examples?

• Sprint planning
• Backlog management
• Resource workload

I'm new to my company and pretty much the only one in my company with a more formal project management background. (We're amazing at marketing and selling homes - managing internal projects is a little rougher)  We've had Wrike in the company for a number of years but without a change management plan, the roll out and adoption was poor.  I've gotten some adoption for usage as a to-do list and communication platform but there is more of a hunger for getting insight into all projects in the company.  I'm looking for ways to simply increase adoption as well gain greater insight without teams doing full project management (not sure if I'm looking for the needle under a unicorn in a haystack)

We're also looking for a much better integration to google - perhaps a mailto:projectname that moves emails to the project flow.

I would love to talk about using Wrike for meetings.
