Hi, I am unable to open 2013 office documents (word/powerpoint/excel) on the ipad/iphone.. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? 

 

It states that there is a Microsoft office add in but the issue is that my company does not have the new office version yet. We need to be able to open and access these documents via iphone/ipad.

Hi Yoni, thanks for posting and sorry for the delayed response! The Document Editor is available for desktop operating systems, and not yet for mobile. It would be great to get your feedback on this in our feedback section.
 
A solution here is to create it as a Google Drive file from Wrike and edit on the Drive platform. There's more information on our G Suite integration here.
 
Perhaps you want to open it on your iPad device (not within Wrike Document Editor). Looking on Apple's forum, their solution is to use their own Pages application which allows you to view and edit different file formats.
