Company Logo error

I deleted an older logo, re uploaded a new one and it replaces correctly in the Account management area but not in the main screen Header banner.

If I delete the logo, the wrike one turns back up ok. I have tried renaming the file and uploading again and no difference in outcome

We just had exactly the same issue!

It's actually a caching issue on the users computer. If you clear their browser cache it should update to the latest version. Not sure why it behaves differently to the management screen, maybe it's a performance thing.

I am using Chrome and have removed cache yesterday and today but it is still not updating.

Hi Scott and Chris! @Chris, thanks for giving a hand here. @Scott, sorry to hear this still persists! There are a few methods of clearing cache, and the option that should help here is the one which clears Wrike application cache. To do this, paste Chrome://appcache-internals/ in your address bar, and then delete all entries that include Wrike in their names. Let me know how this goes!
