Change user's acronym
Woh can we change one user's acronym, as we have two users with the same letters designation (same first and last name initiales).

I would suggest relying on pictures in this case vs. acronym.
Agreed, it's taking their initials, so without changing their name it's not possible to change the letters shown.
Encourage your team to upload a profile photo :)
