¡Hola Rafael! Es un gusto saludarle :slightly_smiling_face: . La práctica habitual consiste en compartir carpetas y proyectos uno por uno para no dejarles a los usuarios el acceso total a los datos. Sin embargo, si le sería más útil compartir varios objetos a la vez, le sugeriría que cree una carpeta principal, la comparta con el grupo de usuarios My Team que incluye a todos los usuarios normales (excepto a los usuarios externos y colaboradores) y vaya agregando subcarpetas y subproyectos. De esta forma, los usuarios con acceso a la carpeta principal obtendrán acceso a los objetos inferiores automáticamente y Ud. no tendrá que agregarles a mano debido a que el compartir en nuestra plataforma fluye de arriba hacia abajo.
For any English speakers curious about this post: Rafael is looking to share several projects at once, rather than one by one. We've suggested that the best practice is to share Folders and Projects, one by one, so you can be selective about who is shared with the contents. However, a quick workaround is to create a parent Folder and share it with My Team. Then add all Folders, Projects, and tasks you want to share so that people with access to this new parent Folder will have access to the contents. This is because Folders and Project's are shared from top to bottom.
