User cannot log-in
Hello, we have a team member who cannot access Wrike as a collaborator but he can no longer log-in. I think he initially subscribed to the trial period for the paid subscription and when it expired, he is no longer able to log-in. Is there any way to change his subscription to free so he can log-in?
