Hi Dan! I noticed that Dora from the Support Team already chatted with you about this, but in case anyone else has the same question, I wanted to mention that it sounds like Folder and Project Permissions have been adjusted for that location. This functionality lets you grant more granular permissions on a per Folder basis. Happy to answer any other questions about this!
How can I easily reorder tasks for a project without numbering them? I need to sequence them differently and would like to just drag-and-drop within the list.
Hi Stephen, You can only do that in priority view. OR, you could start each task with a number - but that only works up until 9. You can use numberalpha to take care of that (1A, 1B, 2A, ect). Pretty easy to slip you list into excel and speed up the process.
I could not find a "move" function. However there is a field "Location" which can be changed. Edit the location to "move" it. The tricky part here is that wrike suggests recent folders you have clicked on before it will allow you to select it. So be sure to pre-click on the final destination folder for the move. Then open the item and select the new location. Then you need to close the old location by clicking the "x" in the top left of the locations you want to remove before leaving the location edit box.
Welcome to the forums Roy Fulayter, and thank you for the tip!
Our team is planning to make the item location even more discoverable, so be sure to start following our Weekly Release Notes forum to never miss an update from our team 🙂
