Hide tracked time for guest users in Task Stream
Guest Users can't track time, but they can see time that normal users have tracked in the stream.
We don't want that this information is visible to guests, so please hide it.

Folllowing List for Post: Hide tracked time for guest users in Task Stream

Martin, thank you for sharing this feedback, I can see how that makes sense when Collaborators and Regular Users are working on the same tasks!
Yes, being able to hide time (time-log) for external-users would be create feature to have.
I'm resurrecting this comment as there is still not an option to turn off visibility to collaborators in the stream (and comments). We've been duplicating our tasks in a separate project that is not shared with external collaborators to track time, but it is cumbersome and time consuming to have to track time in a separate task.
Collaborators cannot track their own time, but they can see the time we track within each task. This either needs to not be visible to collaborators or there needs to be an option to turn the visibility of time tracking off for collaborators.
Can you provide us the use case for when you WOULD want a collaborator to see how much time we have tracked to a specific project/task?
If removing visibility to time tracking cannot be turned off for collaborators, we may be forced to move to a different project management tool that has better controls over what collaborators see within the stream and comments.
Please advise.
@Jason Hey, thanks for bumping this thread and sorry for the long reply. Currently, duplicating tasks that aren't shared with Collaborators and tracking time there is the only way to hide time entries from them. I really like this idea though, it is passed to our Product team, and for now, more +1's and feedback in this thread will help assess the popularity of this request. Once the idea reaches 60 votes, we'll add one of the Product Feedback statuses to it.

Upvote for being able to hide timelog functions for external users! 👍
Upvote !
Even for regular users.. We don't ever use this feature and it would be nice to lighten the UX of useless stuff (for the current user) !
Thanks
Hey everyone! Thank you for all of your feedback, it's been passed on to the Product team.
