Problems with Importing Excel sheet Into Wrike

I continue to receive the key column not found; however the column is there. Not sure what I am doing incorrectly.

Hi John Probert, may I ask if you have formatted the file for Wrike? 

Common error we receive is usually "Key column not found". This error is rather descriptive, could you please check if you have this column in your Excel file?

But why do I need a key file in the first place? It doesn't seem necessary to begin with.
