Changing Status Drop Down at Project Level, not task level

I am new to WRIKE and have just started to configure it.  Can I change this drop down to include an item NOT STARTED. I need to track projects and the portfolio of projects level and knowing whether a project has started yet or not is key information.  Thank you for your insight.
