Images and Attachments on a Task Comment Should be Included in Email Notification
Hello,
We would really love to see the email notifications that get delivered when a comment is added to a task include any attached documents or photos.
Right now the email comes in and the attachments are listed but instead of being able to see them in the email, you have to click and open in a browser. If you aren't logged in to Wrike it really slows down the process of checking what was attached.
It would be amazing if the image was actually displayed inside the email along with the comment text. Or if it's a document that was added with the comment, it could be attached to the email.
Would save us a ton of clicks and time spent waiting for images to load via the browser!
Brett, thanks for sharing this request here! Really interested in learning about your workflow here. As a best practice, we try keeping all task related attachments and working with them directly in the task, as opposed to working on them from the email notification. I'd love to hear about the process you apply when using email notifications. Does the attachment require some action outside of Wrike? Looking forward to hearing from you!

It's not about working on the attachment at all, and mostly in our case would be for images.
Let's say I have 5 designers working on different things and am getting updates about them via email. When I open the email from Wrike, I cannot see the image, only that one was attached to the task. I need to actually click the link which opens the browser and loads up Wrike which can take a couple minutes.
It would be ideal if right inside the email there was a preview of the attachments so we could know:
"do I need to open this right now and send feedback, or are they on the right track and can I wait?"
Does that make sense?
