My Username - Unable to Duplicate Template

I am unable to duplicate/delete/add/ share  any template, although I can see the bar and the functions when I put my cursor on top of the " template" name. 

 

Please let me know how to fix this asap.

Hi Kaye, thanks for reaching out here! It sounds like this could be related to Folder Permissions set up for specific locations, which limit editing access on a Folder/Project basis. In this case, it's necessary to reach out to your team members responsible for managing the Template Folder and ask for a higher permission level to be granted. I noticed that you opened a Support ticket about this too, and our team is already helping with troubleshooting.
